This is Sky.. I have created a online running-log team in http://www.running-log.com/.. If you have no idea what running log is, let me explain to you in details.. Running-log is a document that you use to keep track of the detail of the runs that you have done daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.. The detail contains the distance, timing, heartrate that you are doing and types of run like cruise, easy, fartlek, interval, terrain or long run..

For those who are training for your IPPT or marathorn, this will be a good help to aid in your training.. You might be asking how to take your heartrates.. You can get a Polarwatch with heartrate monintor which costs ard SGD400 for mid range and you might be asking why need to have that kind of expensive watch.. Monintoring your heartrate is important because sometime you might push yourself too hard till your heart cannot take it.. This is the reason why some of the army personnel collaspe.. Training with a heartrate monintor enables you to know at what kind of heartrate you are having correspond to the speed that you are running. Of course this is for hardcore runners out there like Wen Han.. He has one Polarwatch.. Haha..

Marriage prep course are usually provided by Family Service Centre and Counselling Centre. Usually the faclitator is a social worker or counselor.

First, they would conduct some psychometrics test to evaluate your relationship. You need to be 100% honest for the test to be accurate.

Then the social worker/conselor would cater the discussion topics/modules to your needs.
They would teach you skills and techiques in areas such as communication, relationship with in-laws, financial and sexuality. This is for one-to-one session.

There's a group session comprising more at least 4 couples. Not recommended if you intend to discuss specific issues.

Hi guys,

Its my turn to blog now.. Suddenly seeing the blog become so lively again.. Haha.. Its a good thing, at least we are still staying in contact with one another.. But i don hav any happy news to share wif you all.. lolz..

Haiz.. this few weeks very bad lucks le.. Exam Results came out on 24th May but it doesn't turn out to be very good.. GPA has dropped from 4.29 to 3.93.. Attachment results also out on 3rd of June and again it doesn't turn out to be good also.. I never get into ExxonMobil PTE LTD which is my dream company and the pay is good.. The most annoying thing is that quite a lot of people get into it instead of me.. I guess my interview screwed up.. Somemore my phone is going to break down.. Need to get a new phone again but no money already..

Haiz again.. This few days i have been pondering that did i make a right choice in quiting the Army and go into University.. First of all no money and settling down plan has to hold back.. Anyway For those who don't know, me and shumin already gotten a flat at MARSILING.. $195K++.. Quite happy cause finally goten my own flat with my loved one.. If i am still in the army, i guess my life is almost perfect in the sense that got nothing to worried anymore.. Jus need to get ready to get married.. Haha.. jus like anthony.. But come to think of that, getting a degree is to prepare me for the future.. Jus need to endure for 2 more years,..

Haiz again.. Today also jus went with my mum to choose flat.. U guess what? I am moving back to Yishun again.. This time round is Yishun St 71, Blk 718, #07-229.. Beside Khatib camp.. very near Chong Pang Nasi Lemak.. $200K++ My mum wants to go for bigger flat so changing to 4 RM flat this time round.. Realli hav to save up again..
haha..
