I asked one of my colleagues who went to China last week on Tiger Airway, here are some tips for the trip:

1. Basically, there are stores & stuffs opening and selling 24 hours at budget terminal, Han's restuarant is one of them but a 'lit ex. There are chairs for you to sleep and rest on before you board the plane or waiting for check-in.
2. Everything has to be placed inside your lugguage. Better to hand-carry some 'snacks' in the plane if you are scared of hungry monster come knocking on ur stomach. No drinks and food will be provided on the trip so we have to 'empty' the water bottle (no fluid of more than dun noe how many mL to be carried inside ur bag) and refill again before boarding at the water-cooler for drinking on the plane. No outside food and drinks are allowed lah, so have to do it discreetly. (shh)
3. DUN buy any food on the plane is DAMN expensive alright, $6 bucks for a cup noodle, $4 bucks for evian mineral water /soft drinks. But if any of u feeling rich up to u... :)

Shu Min

went through 6 lessons, and one more to go before the class 4 TP.... All the instructors are can be considered as senior citizens. Most of the instructors who have taught me, told me they are going to retire soon. In two years time, Pan Country Driving Centre will be shifted to woodland and will be bought over by govt. This is what i was told by one of the instructors.

anyway, i think maybe it is a good thing. Cos they have lousy customer service and poor management. When it was my time for lesson, I am waiting and looking for my own instructor ( unlike SSDC, the instructors come and look you at the cars). Sometimes it delayed my lesson timing. Thinking that they will extend my time. Sad to say, it was just my thought! so shitty. Feel like writing a email to the singapore workforce development agency. some have attitude problems. met 2 very rude intructors, so irritating with them. have some very good and nice instructors around too

Been so sick and tired these few days, lazy to go to work haa.. but have to do some email checking-urgent issues online even though was on MC. Aniwae my department was raised and decided to move to Chin Bee Ave ( Boon Lay Area ) as the staging area at Bedok office is not sufficient. But poor me, the shell proj that i'm dealing wif is collaborating with the other department and so my shift to chin bee will have to be late....rrrrr (until the engineering phase of this project ends, but i gauge will be around late november... Duh! Even though the chin bee there is mostly of workshop base but it is nearer to woodlands and to weijie's camp! Can ask him to fetch me as and when necessary ma haha.

Weijie slept like a log till 11am + today and missed his lessons, he kan cheong liao.. Now in camp doing some sort out stuffs i think.

Ok, update finished. Going to catch some PM sleep..drowsy...

Finally completed my two wks reservist..saw shumin's remark..gotta realli agree w/ her, this place is getting boring..i mean the purpose about this blog is to update one another of our life..but seems like only a handful is updating the blog..well, brotherhood..can anyone refresh mi againz the meaning of it? if i am nt wrong or mistaken, it was formed when a group of people whom enjoy each other company comes together..i still remember the days where we will chat about everything, anything..we will bare our hearts to one another..but nowadays, everyone is hiding or rather most..do we realli understand one another nw compared to the past? well it's juz my two cents worth of comments..

Had been enjoying the status of Nsman for the past one week..it's realli diff compared to NSF..hahaz..it's like no govt @ all, everyday also so relax..after all it's the biggest rank in the SAF issn't it?..lolz..was having refresher course last wk, dismantle rifle and assemble plus all those simple simple stuff..next wk den the more "shiong" part comes in..will be having my range on mon and tue, followed by "chiong sua" on wed and base defence exercise on thur and fri..after that back to civillan life..but Nsman fitness is realli a problem..took my IPPT on fri and wao, alot of ppl failed sia..was aiming for silver one, but 1st station SBJ kanna only pass status..so after tt, aim for pass can liao..after all the impt thing is to CLEAR IPPT..dun wan to kanna RT..shall claim back my silver for my next IPPT..i'll be back!!!

Just came back from company's Sentosa event today... Treasure hunting.. making me sweat and run here and there w/o any prize.. we were placed on the 7th, and only top 5 got cash vouchers.. *pui* And lucky draw, only the pregnant lady sitting at our table won a hair dryer and a father of 2 children won it. The rest of us were so F*&%K up as we were so tired and stay for the buffet dinner just for the sake of lucky draw.. duh~ One of my collg is so wasted, he got to go off urgently and left 1/2 hr before the lucky draw. He won a 3rd prize mind you and was forfeited cos he is not present to collect. So sad.. $1500 cash vouchers gone like that....

A day passed like that.. feeling so tired and aching.. hur hur.. But fun lah, even more elated if I won a lucky draw prize!

Just received my IRAS form from my co. (they auto-incl so i no need to do any reporting). As of Ending 31 Dec 07, i no need to pay tax(es)! waha... cos it's under the 1st $20K (and i commenced work in mid aug). Otherwise I will be like weijie liao...lucky just a few hundred bucks difference be4 hitting 20k. But this ending yr of cos no escape liao lah.... (sob)

I shall start the ball rolling again. Keke... After spending so much, I still have many things in mind to buy.. lol.. just wonder is it because you have started working and wanted to spend money on yourself to look nice, to enjoy the life you want and create more happenings in you life? so what is your life target? Mmm.. I guess it is quite challenging question.

Going for submit application for my studies and going to have class 4 TP end of this month. What am i going to do after completed study and achieved class 4 & 5 licence? Errm... i am also still thinking leh.. settling down? *ding dong*

Recently ( I think few weeks back), I met up with my old friends ( went OBS together) and two of my friends are going to marry soon. therfore, their topics are mostly related to their wedding stuffs, careers and housing. This year, I will receive about 2 to 3 "Red Cards" include huanming's wedding too. Wow, life is so happening! wahaa..

anyway, now waiting for the salary to come in! waha.. still have about 1 week more for ppl who work in govt sector I believed ppl who worked in private sector have received it. so nice!

Seems like i need to do a checklist for my shopping. lol..

Brand new year, With brand new stuffs! Proud to show u my new gadgets! on another hand, have to tighten my pocket, took months to save it! now it is gone! abit heart- ache..










Show case my new CPU... After a few days later, my old monitor went down! Time for the old system to RIP. Went down to sim lim alone to purchase 19" wide screen. Very Bright and Crystal Clear. As well change my new keyboard and mouse too.. keke.. my old keyboard has been with me since my secondary school - Datamini keyboard. Datamini PC was my first pc that owned by Aw Family! wahaha









So happy with the new system, no more lagging... keke..

Recently, my company had a one day roadshow at basement 1. Went down with my colleagues, ended up getting myself an creative player ( should i call in mp4 or mp 3 player? can anyone enlighten me? lol)







Don't know whether is it a wrong choice to buy Creative player. After all, it is still alright for me. It's able fulfill my requirements. But the sound quality may not be as good as ipod.... itouch seems very nice and elegant. A Beauty! wahaha

March 2008 onwards, going to be a busy month for me... All the weekends are fully booked for my class 4 lessons at jurong. 29 March 2008 is my class 4 test day. Wish me luck!
