Even though today is the 1st day of the month, and tt CNY is coming, but everyone in my division is gloomy and hardly has the drive to work..My team is the best, phonecalls are left unanswered and things left undone..NO work done today @ all..WHY is this happening??? Nt tt we r too free or CNY is juz around the corner..

It's becos our "clever" big big BOSS decided to have a major shuffling of manpower..news have been heard and all along, i thought my team wun be affected..but who knws my "lao ban niang" will no longer be our "lao ban niang" although our team wasn't even set up yet..i entered the company around the same period w/ my lao ban niang..and was told since then tt i will be under her in future..was looking forward for the day when the new team is set up..but nw no more looking forward for dat day anymore..

Although, our team is small but the bond between everyone is closed as all of us is new..I dun dare to imagine the days ahead..but one thing for sure, i am an attitude worker nw and will always be one..i will only perform when i enjoy my working enviroment..I'm sure it will take some time for my team to recover..in the meanwhile, all i can say is to enjoy one another's company till the day comes..(which is abt two weeks plus time..)

Lessons learnt working in G***t body..
1) The person working on top normally uses his arse rather den head..
2) Discussion session is only for u to say YES or keep quiet..
3) The movement of staff is depended on the mood of the BOSS rather den for managment purpose..

Lastly, even though i am having a VERY VERY bad fri..Still wanna wish everyone a happy CNY..good health..alot $$$..
